||Georgia : the annexed plan is a true representation of a resurvey made by me in May 1802 of a tract of land near the City
of Savannah, known by the name of Fair Lawn, late the property of Col. Richard Wylly deceased, wich (sic) said tract of land
was originally composed of Garden Lots and one Farm Lot, the whole containing 201 1/2 acres, wich (sic) I again laid off into
small tracts agreeably to the yellow lines. The Garden Lot no. 45 was the property of Mrs. Wylly, but is now thogether (sic)
with the Lots No. 11 and 12 (all within the red lines) the property of William Woodbridge, Esqr. / John M. Kinnon ; copied
